Branon Construction loves to perform Concrete rehabilitation jobs. This job had various parts on the dam main walls and wing walls to hammer out and repair. Most of the spots had concrete that was spalling and breaking away from the main structure. To do this we had to drive sheet piling into the riverbed and set sandbags to hold the river back. Once this was in place 12" pumps were brought in to remove the water in the work area. One of the wing walls on the north-east side of the dam was in such bad shape that the whole section had to get removed and repoured.
